I was returning headphones and they ended up charging me the maximum restocking free claiming that the box was too beat up for them to sell it at full price. Yes, the box was beat up with faded ink and cardboard so crumpled the ink had worn off asking the spider web if crumple lines.

It would maker perfect sense because the box was sold to me in that horrible condition at full price to begin with. I never bothered visiting the store again after that to see if the box was placed back on the shelf again at full price.

Hello ,

with the return of a 300 $ item (unopened wireless mic) I was charged 70 $ in restocking fees. I was turned over to the sales rep Jos and it was left to his dicretion whether or not you are even worthy of a refund and the % that you will be gouged if you are deemed worthy. The sales reps are condescending, arrogant and aloof and make you feel bad for being in there store ,WTF
What a load of crap I have in the past literally spent thousands of dollars at Axe Music ,but you can be sure I will not be dealing with these crooks again, shame on you.
