I had a very positive towing experience. The driver was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was happening and handled the situation calmly and efficiently. His experience and expertise were evident, which helped make a stressful situation much easier to manage. I truly appreciated his professionalism, excellent customer service, and attention to safety. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend CTR to anyone in need of towing assistance.

Sorry for late review. Omar responded to an F up Speedco did to us at Dallas south location and got our truck started and the followed us to truck stop to make sure would stay running. Great work and customer service and didnt charge outrageous price. Greatly appreciated for being fair and professional.
