The outside construction that has been going on for 4 years has another two to go minimum. Then they will start doings the inside, hallways, plumbing...... And after all that, your Ontario Above Guideline Rent Increase will add up to approx 4% per year for multi-years to come because miss-management over thinks that tenants should have to pay for all of it. And then after all that, today's one owner of all the units will start showing them, like regular real estate, and maybe selling them and potentially sell your suite and maybe kick you out (assuming you were living there) because it is a condominium conversion and that is how they work. Run away and do not risk your tenancy there.

after the next few years of doing the outside, next thing you know they will be doing the inside walls for plumbing. run away!!!!!

We loved living at the Seigniory -- the 1 bedroom apt was just the right size for newlyweds. Clean, relatively spacious, HUGE closet, and two balconies. The staff were professional and friendly. The laundry facilities are well maintained and there were plenty of machines to go around. The gym was small, but serviceable. I loved being right on the river as well.
The only reason we left is because we were moving out of Province. We would highly recommend the Seigniory to others.

don't get fooled by the renos and the nice gym. this is an old building with inadequate HVAC. second hand smoke kingdom. you want cancer or asthma? this is the building for you.
