Brought an amp in for repair in August 2011 (that my son paid for with his own money); gave me a claim ticket, was told I would be called when ready. Fast forward to May 2012, I went in WITH the claim ticket, saying nobody ever called me; they refused to even look for it, even though I had the claim ticket. Saying it was left far too long and was probably disassembled for parts, etc........refused to even try and when I reminded them nobody EVER called to tell me it was ready, they didn't care.

Not impressed at all with this customer service; won't be going back there and again and will definitely tell everyone I know not to either.
