as the previous one said,the office staffs are unprofessional, and maintenance is very very poor,they do not do maintenance at all, if wife is working in the office her husband will be maintenance guy,if we go and write for maintenance she will not send her husband instead she will say, for this rent we can not do any maintenance .

First and for most I want to say I've been living in this dump for too long... People are very unclean. COCKROACH INFESTATION & MICE INFESTATION!! VOID THIS PLACE! Also the people here are stupid and unprofessional. Anyone can work and manage this building. The "head" manager person named "MILA" looks like she's 10 years old and she has proven that position. She is very rude! very unprofessional and doesn't seem like she has any education. I don't get how and immigrant organizes an immigrant building. A crazy man also lives here names Kevin Clark. Google him. Smh. VOID this place full of filthy people! People and dogs pissing all over the stair well. Teenage kids causing trouble also and police are always here! Don't bother looking here and is wayyyy over priced!

The space of the units is absolutely excellent (big). Other then that, the building and units really needs upgrading, I feel like I live in the early 80's. The garbage disposal is extremely nasty...people leave their garbage right outside the garbage disposal in the hallway. It's so embarrassing when guest comes over. If I can rate this building a zero I would but, the 1 star is only for the space of the units. I can go on and on about how this building is a failure to my likings, hope the building gets an amazing new management that can do the job right!
