Steve was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He showed us several different options and was not pushy in any way. Very happy with our experience.

Mancini lives up to its name for excellent products and excellent service. Sean, in the Vallejo store, was a delight. He’s very knowledgeable about everything having to do with the mattress business. He’s a nice man who’s easy to talk to. I recommend to you for your sleep needs.

I had an outstanding experience with Sean at Mancini’s Sleepworld. From the moment I walked in, Sean was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress — not just making a sale. He took the time to understand my sleep preferences, explained the differences between options clearly, and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

What really stood out was Sean’s professionalism and honesty. He never pressured me, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. His customer service went above and beyond, and it’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way he does.

We recently shopped at many mattress establishments and I must say that the Vallejo Mancini's Sleepworld provided the best experience. Sean Moore was very professional and knowledgeable about the product offerings. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us accordingly. He did not pressure us and understood that we needed to do our diligence and look around. Because of the level of care and customer service that we experienced, we eventually came back and made our purchase from Sean. We appreciated this probably more than he knows. Kudos to Sean!

Another positive review for Mancini’s Sleep World in Vallejo. My husband was beginning to experience back issues form our aging mattress and we were due for a replacement. We were impressed with the range of mattresses we were able to try out, and quickly homed in on the one that felt best.
Our salesperson, Brandon, was a new hire on his first day— but he was knowledgeable and helpful, giving us ample time to make our decision without hovering. We also appreciated the support of Sean, who made sure that our purchase was smooth and efficient. We bought an Aireloom mattress and adjustable base, as well as a mattress protector, which are on track to be delivered tomorrow. We walked out with two new pillows as well.
Mancini’s in Vallejo was close to us, and it was wonderful to have such a positive experience with no hassle. Glad we shopped there!
