If you want to hurt your business and get treated horribly in the process, call this company. The people employed here don’t know how to treat their clients with respect.

One of the worst companies out there. Leave our ice machines in bad shape, never on time, don’t keep a schedule etc. fire them. Or don’t start.

Chris Hughes from the Hot Side is incredible. I could not ask for better customer service

Just don’t l, their billing department is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen…and their service is not much better. Repaired a walk in cooler unit only to have it implode two months later. Unfortunately, I had them install a whole new system. After the install had a leak in the roof because of their work and they sent a roofing contractor out to repair and had them send me the bill to repair their error. To top it off, after I paid the 3k for the repairs they continued send me notices that it was not paid after I provided proof via an image of the cancelled check.

Poor customer service and lack of integrity. I am the Regional Ops Manager for a refrigerated LTL freight company based So Cal. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I've never had a vendor treat me so poorly and lack accountability like Coolsys. I would give them a negative ranking if Google offered it as a rating.
