The service is wonderful, and the girls working the counter know what they’re doing. I got my drink served in a way I would call expert, and the attitude of the workers is very professional and kind. You can tell they know their coffee.

I will never be returning to this location. I was the only person standing in line, the girls working saw me waiting, and still did not take my order until minutes later. All the girls working, except Amy the cashier, were very rude and had horrible customer service skills. Once my drink was ready, they said nothing, didn’t look at me and couldn’t even say thank you. 11/14 @ 6:30.

I had the BEST PSL at this Starbucks! Bill and Kendra were very friendly and both worked together to get my drinks made quickly. They were by far some of the nicest baristas I have come across at any Starbucks! My drink was perfect, and like I said, one of the best I have had! This Starbucks has definitely gotten it right with these two! The fact that it is located in the grocery store was a bonus as well. Will be sure to be back again!

I bought a venti and it was half drink half foam matcha green tea latte. I ordered it without ice so I could get more drink. What a rip off to pay for a venti and get half a cup of drink just because you order no ice. The other Starbucks by Shoneys doesn't do me that way. Not coming back.
