I AM NOT HAPPY WITH STAMM INVESTMENTS BUILDINGS WE HAD ANTS GALORE CONTINUALLY SPRAYED BUT DID NO GOOD. I DO NOT AGREE WITH NO SUPERINTENDANTS MANAGING THE BUILDING WITH SOME OF THE TENANTS THEY HAVE ITS NOT SAFE. WHEN COMPLAINTS ARE MADE NOTING IS DONE ABOUT IT. THE EMERGENCY NUMBER STINKS.

My name is Al.. I lived in one of Stamm's ant infested buildings for ten years. I had many problems with the apartment that I was in. When I finally had enough of the poor living conditions I decided to move. I couldnt handle the ant issues there anymore. It cost me a large amount of money having to throw out food that was covered in ants. They were everywhere. When I left the building I had the Manager come through the apartment with me and they signed a form that all was okay with the apartment. Several weeks after I vacated the building, I got a bill for $1500.00 because the place needed to be painted. I started to pay them and was told not to by a Lawyer. Here two years later they have placed a garnishment in my pay. Can you imagine????

I have been living in a building managed by stamm investments for 6 monthes now and wish I could move out from how poorly maintained the building is. Last week a pipe burst on my floor and the water seeped into my unit not to mention how damp the halways are now. I dont see stamm doing anything to fix the problem.
However, I can not move out due to Stamms rediculous rules and fees to move out early, even though its because of the mold ive found in my unit. 6 more months cannot come come faster. THIS BUILDING IS HELL

This building is the most discusting building to live in, im a resident at ridgeway apt managed by stamm investment. the quality of living here is poor at best. There are fire trucks and alarms being sounded monthly if not weekly. There are bursting pipes regularily which cause mold and bacteria to grow in the building. Stamms resolution to the problem is to cover it up with new paint or carpets yet the real problem lies beneath with the mold in my unit. i have been trapped in the underground parking more hours at a time making me miss work, wages and courses but stamm will do absolutly nothing about their mistakes. DO NOT MOVE TO A STAMM PROPERTY you will find it difficuly to make it to the end of your lease. very discusting building overall. for the rating i put half a star only because I was not able to but no stars.
