Our services include: one to one expert tuition, coaching, mentoring, notetaking, transcription solutions, assistive technology training, personal assistants and personal care. Our role is to support our service users in accessing education and the workplace as well as provide general support with day to day living. Clients might include people with physical or sensory disabilities, people with neurological conditions (e.g. dyslexia) and people with psychological health issues, who want to develop and enhance their skills for study and job. Before we match a support worker with a customer, a plan for the support and/or care is drawn up in consultation with the customer. At this stage, clear expectations are outlined to ensure the support is delivered appropriately and assumptions of the service are realistic. Read more
