I went in feeling overwhelmed, but Mr. Tim Mack. He walked me through the step and told me what all I would need to get the job done
Thanks, Tim. great customer service, and even a better person. When I have any other irrigation issues, I know where o go, too.

Was referred here and it was a great choice. They had what I needed. Tim Mack did a great job explaining and has a sense of humor. He also kepted me up to date on a delivery of mine (i didnt have to ask). I now stop by or call to get parts before going to lowes or home depot.
Effective communication, diligence, and authenticity.

I have a fairly large farm in central Texas and have been using Tim Mack for years. He makes it so easy, I just tell him what I want he shops prices gives me a few options and has it to me in a couple days. There are many places local I could deal with, but Tim always gets it right. You'll be happy with these guys, never had an issue.

Drove in from Greenville to get some sprinkler system parts. Tim was very helpful and give information beyond my original purchase. Very reasonable prices and looks to have everything you may need. Like I say to my friends, big box stores can get you started but rarely get you finished!
Thanks Tim!
