RANDOLPH, Marine Veteran in the hardware isle was exceptionally helpful and the only reason I’m writing this review. He was informative and recommended products through education and provided the proper technique for each product. I’d look for him in the store on my next visit if I needed help. 10/10

My huband and two toddlers visited this store in the garden section for a spring garden refresh. Upon checking out, in true toddler fashion, my toddlers became irritable and hungry after being patient for an hour while we picked flowers. Karen -- yes, that is her actual name -- who worked for this Lowe's garden center begun checking us out. She was making displeasing faces and comments about my younger toddler acting better than my older son while doing so. To finish off our interaction, my older toddler likes to take the debit card to pay to be helpful, so while he was trying to do so, Karen snatched the card out of his hand while saying said rude comments about my children. We felt so awful, embarrassed and upset that we had made the decision to make the commute to home depot for our home renovation needs. My husband returned one day to retrieve paint that we had gotten made there and there was a woman in the paint department that complimented my children to my husband and played with them while he waiting. So, I decided to return to Lowe's with my husband the next trip. We avoided the garden section because Karen was working so we checked out inside the store. There was a woman who made us feel better when our toddler started to cry because he couldn't play with the tools. She said no one else cares, almost everyone has been there before, dont worry. They were so Kind, I believe her name was Christine or Christina and she called the lady in the paint department her work daughter. They made returning back to this Lowe's an easier pill to swallow.

We had a good bad experience. Ron in lawn & garden was amazingly helpful. Rob in Plumbing was cool. He helped us find the right part. Rodney was cool & helped. Kris & Tim in the garden department were spectacular. They helped us find what we want & what we didn't. We signed up for the Lowes credit card, but couldn't get it to work. We couldn't find the drive up to get our order. It's in the parking lot. Right of front when looking straight at the building. You have to drive around the lot to get to it. They were cool 😎 and helpful. They loaded our bags of dirt. The dirt had woodchips in it, but they turn into dirt. They give the ground nutrients. We have to come back soon after we receive our credit card. Can't use it electronically (bummer).

I have had the absolute best experience buying paint. Romel has the most amazing helpful and kind attitude! I’ve had to make tons of visits and he even remembers what kind of paint I use. He is fantastic!!

This store is in a very convenient location. It is the place to go for Craftsman tools since Sears went out of business. They have a great paint department. The store has a very nice garden section also. This Lowe's location has plenty of very helpful staff. My only negative thing is the lack of checkout registers.
