When you walk in the store and say good morning they look at you like so what do you want.Very rude and are liars and would not negotiate on a used amp that they have been using he said only for a couple of years in store use he said.I feel they should close their doors i deal with the usa stores in Newyork and Dallas and they treat me like they known me for years very polite and pleasant.The people that work at this store should go to school how to talk to their customers and at least acknowledge them when they enter the store.Icould go on and on

NEVER deal there again....very rude and ignorant,EVEN the owner was rude to me,wanted to charge me full price for a scratched,floor model demo,i asked for $40 off and he was ignorant and rude.all he had to say was no.
I DONT recommend this store to anyone.
Go to prom music,very nice to deal with them.

They lied to me, tried to sell me a wrong colour of guitar, opposed my decisions, laughed at me, left me feeling robbed + scammed, took advantage of my non-english speaking mother, and refused the returnal immediately after our purchase. I was blindly under the impression that they were a good music store, and always looked forward to giving them business, but I was tremendously mistaken. My mom wasn't pleased, and neither was I. I don't see a second day I enter their store ever again and I do not advise this music store to others interested. Don't waste your time here, you're better off elsewhere unless you want to feel abused and taken advantage of. Never again.

visited this wonderful store and was very impressed by the selection and service i received excellent and corteous service....will be going back soon and shop again hopefully this month or early june..,thanks Jett for the good knowlege and service you provided me

Absolutely horrible is the only word to describe it. I called the store on December 22 (ok I do understand its Christmas and all) however I got some lady who had no idea what I was looking for and put me on hold (I was looking for a line 6 foot controller (cause they dont come with them damn money grabbers). After being on hold for about 10 mins some dude picks up and screams 150.00 and hangs up no goodbye or nothing no hello or explination just a quick snarlly 150.00. So I make the trip over to the store and I guess they close at 5:30 which is cool with me but I literally drove in the parking lot and they were still open so I got out of my car walked up to the door and as I am walking some old dude literally runs up to the door and locks it right when I am about to open it oh yeah seriously I was almost grabbing the door to go in 1 step more. Then he has the nerve to look at me through the glass in the door and smile and walk away yeah it happened just like that no bull. I will not step back in that store again horrible service and really not the greatest of selection either all the guitars are the same with a couple of color variences. I was doing alot of business with them I have 3 electrics and I bought an amp from them and most of my supplies there till now. Not only did they not want a sale of 150 probably the most they sold all day, but they lost loyalty and a customer who dropped alot of money in that joint for a 1 1/2 now. Prom here I come.
