It was truly an incredible journey that led us to Portia!

We first met her at an open house, where she was the listing agent. From that very first meeting, we knew we wanted her to represent us in finding our forever home—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.

Portia is compassionate, dedicated, and incredibly hardworking. She never gave up on us and always put our best interests first. She repeatedly reminded us not to rush or compromise. If a home wasn’t the right fit, she encouraged us to keep looking. At no point did she pressure us or make us feel rushed. She was always pleasant, available, patient, and kind—more like a trusted family member than just a real estate agent.

After a long search, we finally found our dream home. Our experience with Portia was so exceptional that we also chose her to sell the home we had loved for so many years.

I cannot recommend Portia Voss highly enough. If you’re as particular and selective as we were, she is the person you want by your side. She truly cares about her clients and is committed to helping them find the perfect home.

Currently writing this review in 🗣MY NEW HOME!!!! Portia Voss, is an absolute Saint! She faught tooth and nail for me!
She got to know what I TRULY wanted and needed in a home and found just that! A beautiful place, within my budget. In an area I LOVE and feel safe. I told her I wanted a 3/2, however doubted I could afford one... SHE FOUND THE 3/2!!! Secured an amazing deal!!
I had terrible issues with the first bank during underwriting. Lingered for months!!! I was losing faith. She was able to get multiple extensions to hold the property! Anything that was taking a left turn, Portia was on it! She was like a piranha to the b.s. It was amazing to see! I had a realtor that was truly on my family's side! I expressed how unhappy I was with the current bank. Portia helped me locate an new bank. We closed in 33 days!!!!
Portia is a wealth of knowledge and experience! She gave me home upgrading ideas. Referrals for moving companies and inspections on request. LOTS of support though an extremely stressful time. She's very knowledgeable in various grants, I went for and got, which my previous realtors would not entertain.
I am beyond grateful to have gone though this with such a great person!
Don't sale yourself short! If you want the best, you've found her. PORTIA IS THE BEST! AN ABSOLUTE SAINT!

Portia Voss was wonderful to work with. The home buying process is already stressful, especially due to our circumstances, but Portia exceeded expectations and worked to help us find exactly what we wanted, especially with the current housing market. She was so patient and accommodating to our needs. Communication was outstanding and she explained everything very well for us to understand, as we moved here from out of state.
