Will only help if you want to pay a lot of money... Refused to sell me a part because they would rather charge me to install a whole new set up, when all I need is a part, which I would be happy to pay for. Bad business to refuse customers that are not "big enough". I wonder how that works out for you.... Best of luck.

James was extremely professional and efficient, called OGD panicking after my springs gave out from over 20 years of use. Had me same day back up and running with two new springs and rollers! My wife and I were worried we weren't going to be able to open the garage for a while. James from OGD is awesome! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

My garage door was stuck partially opened. I called for assistance. I used them in the past and was pleased with their service. They were helpful on the phone. James arrived timely and was professional. He explained my options, answered my questions and took care of the situation. I would recommend them based on this and previous service.

Called after 5pm Thursday.....problem fixed by 2pm Friday. Technician James Dwyer was prompt, professional and efficient in his evaluation of my issue and proposing the various options available to get my situation addressed. Communication from the office side of the repair was timely and provided the needed information to understand what to expect.

Our experience with this company revealed a significant lack of technical competence and poor customer service. Following a garage door installation, one of the opener motors failed due to being installed incorrectly. When we brought this installation error to the company's attention, they explicitly refused to remedy the situation. Prospective customers should be aware that this business does not offer adequate post-installation support or take accountability for errors in their workmanship.
