My car was overheating on the way to work. My boss picked me up. My wife eventually got the car off the main road and this was the first place she came across. Thought it would be safer than the main road. The workers there were friendly she said. However the very next day after trying to contact the owner to maintain communication about our vehicle and his property we received a voicemail from an unpleasant individual (I assume the manager or owner) and I could not believe what a rude message he left us. We later found out that someone had hit our vehicle when it was parked, damaging the radiator. We did not have roadside assistance. We had no money and I had just started a new job that pays bi weekly. We were in between homes living in hotels and there was alot going on for this guy to leave a message telling us "...it's been 2 days. You've had enough time..." (it was the day after it was parked) and the one good thing I'll say is at least he told us he was going to have it towed so I picked it up on my way to work and anyway I know its not their problem but you never know what people are going through and it doesn't cost any money to be kind to others. You don't have to be a prick about things.
Anyway for me knowing what a piece of work the owner or manager is I wouldn't spend a dime at this place. I assume they'll respond to this comment but I don't have anything nice to say so I'll leave it at that.

Isaac from Superior heating and cooling was wonderful. He was so kind and he worked really hard. He was really polite and we will definitely use this company again! I highly recommend!

I contacted Superior HVAC to perform a check up and tune up on my two HVAC units. One is 5 years old and the other 20 years old. Andy G was on time, professional, friendly, and did a thorough analysis/inspection. Had to do some repair work on the 20 year unit. He provided pictures of before and after, any work that was performed. I had various issues I was wanting to discuss. All questions were answered with statistical info, if applicable, and what constituted possible future improvements for consideration. No pressure tactics. He preceded each task with a verbal explanation of what he was going to do and why. Written reports at the end. I can’t ask for much more. They/he earned our trust and future business.

We had our bi-annual HVAC system maintenance inspection performed by Superior Heating & A/C on 4-9-2026. Everything was well within spec and no issues were noted. The technician was Bradley Chase and he was awesome. His work knowledge were top shelf and he exceeded our expectations.

May unit was 21 years old and I needed an upgrade. I highly recommend this company. The install was clean and fast (took about 4.5 hours). The customer service was top notch! Props to Allan (get him a promotion to the office) and Jonathan!
