We were looking for a house to buy and we looked around at a few different places and honestly this place has the best deals up and down I-5. Maddie walked us through everything she was incredibly knowledgeable helpful and kind. Sadly at this time we weren’t able to buy land and a house but in a few years when we’re able to we will be back to meet with Maddie! If anyone is looking to buy a manufactured home look no further.

I visited every single dealership from the Seattle area and Tacoma all the way up through Northern Washington. After comparing them all, Pacific Homes Direct (PHD) was—without question—the best combination of value, transparency, and top-tier customer service.
What really set this experience apart was their willingness to go the extra mile—literally. My site was located well outside their normal delivery and setup radius. While other dealerships might have passed or made the logistics a nightmare, the team at PHD worked with me to make it happen. They kept the process simple and effective, and the surcharge for the extended distance was incredibly reasonable.

Had a great experience purchasing our home from Pacific Homes Direct. I have never been through this process before and was pretty stressed most of the time, but Lisa assured me that everything was going as planned. The home was delivered about a week after it came off the line and was married and outside complete very promptly.
We have a few hiccups, but Lisa is addressing them with the manufacturer and working to get them resolved. With any new build, there will be issues, so it is not uncommon to deal with this.
So far, I am pleased with this home.

Do NOT buy from this company.
They will tell you when you purchase the home to do 10,000 in upgrades and receive 10,000 off the purchase price, but never include that deduction on the price.
They will deliver the home several weeks after the “offline date”. Then their crew they have “marry” the home will leave your home in three pieces for an additional few weeks then say it is your fault you went past the 6 month construction timeframe.
The communication will be limited once you bring an issue to their attention. They quit replying. Nothing is ever remedied or done properly. They will try to convince you that your Sheetrock separating in the home is normal settling issues. (Contractor says otherwise. 3 contractors).
Orianna does not care about your home. She cares about the money they make off the purchase. You will have a leak in your roof from the contractor these people use to marry your home. Our marriage line on both pieces of our home were missing three rows of shingles. Stasios is NOT a good mudding crew. Your cracking will become visible within week one. See attached.
