We are unhappy with our waterproofing experience with RCC Waterproofing Markham. We had them come by to fix a minor leak at which, to date appears to hold. It’s only been a few weeks so we will update should there be problems.

The state of our front porch left by this company is what made us extremely mad. They told us they’d come back and discuss with their manager to fix our front porch at least back to a reasonable state afterwards, and after arguing on the phone with my husband with someone who doesn’t speak clear English, they never came back. This is how our front porch looked like after “the job was done”. In a complete disarray, with lack of care. They even left a 4 ft stone right in the middle of our garden…. How disrespectful. We have paid in full and I expect someone from customer service to reach out to me ASAP to have this fixed.

I would NOT recommend this company for any waterproofing needs. If this speaks to their workmanship that’s visible to us, I don’t even want to think how they are ‘fixing’ anything that’s underground, behind a wall or unseen.

Great experience with RCC Waterproofing. We had a recurring basement foundation crack that wasn’t resolved after two internal repair attempts by other contractors. Den Ikonomi properly diagnosed the issue and recommended exterior waterproofing as a permanent solution. Omar and his crew completed the job in one day and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend Den, Omar, and the RCC team!

I recently had RCC Waterproofing come out to repair a crack in my foundation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience from start to finish.

Simpson and Harry were the two technicians who came out, and they were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism was evident. They were diligent, hardworking, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. I've had tradespeople leave my place looking like a construction zone, so the fact that they cleaned up after themselves so thoroughly almost felt like a bonus feature.

What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the whole job. Foundation work isn't something you take lightly (it's your home, not a DIY YouTube project), and having a team show up that actually makes you feel confident and taken care of means everything.

RCC has a stellar reputation in this industry, and today they proved exactly why. Thank you to Simpson, Harry, and the entire RCC team. I genuinely hope I never need to call again, but if my house decides otherwise, RCC will be my first and only call. Highly recommend
