Rented a car trailer was told there was 2 chains there wasn’t! Worst experience was told I wasn’t going to be charged 4 days for a tile saw because it was broken and charged me! Jim McConnell this isn’t how you run a business ! Should have a reimbursement! Seriously

Equipment in very good working order
Staff at least office staff member on phone was very rude , hanging up on us when we requested an additional day on our rental .
When we called them to come pick it up after we were told we couldn't have it an additional day we were told it would be pick up.in a.m around 8:30a.m ..9:30 the next day we call to see why it hasn't been picked up and again very rude person on the phone saying he never gave us a time and they never give a time ect.
1:30 that afternoon it was finally picked up .
This created loss of time and production on the job site as we expecteded it picked up and we're not able to complete the job at hand .
And now am looking for another place to rent from when we need a lift for other jobs and to complete the job at hand ... very disappointed with the actions and rudeness of this person/company

Really friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE and helpful staff. Always enjoy going here, you can tell that they want to provide great service and want to help you out.

I know the place across the street has cheaper rental cost, Nor-Val makes it up and beyond by always having their tools in great condition, knowing how to work the tools and just amazing service.
