This was my first time coming to this Pollo Tropical since moving to Orlando and I gotta say it was a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, the food came out fresh, and everything tasted great. I liked that they have a lot of different options on the menu, and all the sauces were really good too.

I also wanna thank David and give him a shout-out for the awesome customer service. He was really friendly, made me feel welcome, and helped me figure out what to order. His recommendations were actually really good and made my first visit here even better.

Definitely gonna be coming back since I live nearby.

If there’s one place I look forward to every time I land in Orlando or Miami, it’s Pollo Tropical. It’s become a tradition for me, and no trip to Florida feels complete without stopping here. The chicken is hands down some of the best fast-casual grilled chicken you can get. It’s always juicy, tender, and packed with that signature citrus-marinated flavor that keeps me coming back.
This particular location did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and exactly as expected.
The chicken was perfectly grilled with a delicious smoky flavor and was seasoned just right. Every bite was flavorful, moist, and tasted freshly made. The sides complemented the meal perfectly, making it a satisfying and well-balanced lunch.
One of the things I appreciate most about Pollo Tropical is the consistency. No matter which Florida location I visit, I know I’m going to get a delicious meal, and this visit was no exception. If you’re looking for flavorful grilled chicken, generous portions, and friendly service, this is definitely the place to go. The vibes remind me of old style taco bell the the menu is much more interesting. The soup is fantastic, the steak is delicious, the sauces are an adventure. On my first time in I asked for a variety of sauces to try and they packed me two of each. Wish this restaurant existed back home.
