Granted, a lot is New & repaired but due to poor/postponed maintenance over 5 years to the better half of a decade its been a Nightmare to live here.
As a Former property manager, viewing loose wires in halls, water damages, insufficient rain management on site & incomplete renovations throughout, I feel like im living in a construction zone/Drug lab.
To boot this building is Not secure! a 1992 dodge Jeep key can open the Main electronic door.
Avoid leasing here!
