I had the pleasure of touring The Sophia Luxury Villas with Sheddrick and Trisha and had planned to move into one of their beautiful two-bedroom villas. Unfortunately, some unexpected work circumstances came up that prevented me from moving forward with my move, but my experience with the property and staff was great from start to finish.

The community is clean, well maintained, and has great amenities. Sheddrick and Trisha were both friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. The location is also fantastic—less than five miles from both Venice Beach and historic downtown Venice, which gives you easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer.

Although I’m disappointed that the timing didn’t work out for me, I would absolutely recommend The Sophia Luxury Villas to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to call home. If the opportunity brings me back to the area in the future, I would definitely consider living here.

Working with Trish at Sophia Villas has been an absolute blessing. After dealing with a terrible experience at our previous rental community, we were nervous about making another move. From the very beginning, Trish made the entire transition smooth, stress-free, and easy.

She was professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. She answered all of our questions promptly, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued.

If I could give The Sophia 10 stars I would!! The staff is so amazing. Tabatha who always makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Shed is very informative and helpful when you have questions. The maintenance staff, Willie and Alfonso, are also excellent they are handy, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. Their hard work and fast service truly make a difference. The Sophia is a very pleasant place to live.

I think when you rent from any apartment complex there are always going to be things that need improvement around the community. However what I will say about the Sophia in comparison to other apartment complexes we’ve lived in is that when concerns are brought to their attention, they actually make the change. I can’t say that about any other places in this area. We’ve lived here going on 3 years now and brought up concerns about our upcoming lease renewal and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in order to commit to renewing. I appreciate being treated like a person rather than an entity to make money off of, especially when this is our home and our livelihood. Thank you to the Sophia and staff for always listening and doing whatever is in your ability to make living here a great experience!

We took a tour with Shed months ago to see where we wanted to upgrade to when our current lease was over. He was super nice and sent us updates as we weren’t moving right away. We recently just signed a lease and took a second tour with Kritz the property manager, she was super welcoming and nice! They also respond super quickly to emails, and help us with all our questions. I cannot wait to make this place my home!
