I ordered multiple items from this store to be shipped to me. Unfortunately, the package couldn’t be delivered due to an address issue. Juliette, the SM, was extremely helpful and contacted UPS several times to locate my package. She had it shipped back to store and sent it back out to me! Her customer service is AMAZING and I will never shop anywhere else!

This was my first time ever visiting a cosmetics store, and at first it felt a little overwhelming. I came in extremely confused, but Jorydn immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me find exactly the products I needed. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and such a sweetheart. Stopped by to take a look. Expecting to spend $30-$40 by the time I walk out on one product. I was in shocked by their beautihaul display. Good, quality brands that I’m familiar with in sample size. I love trying samples of things before buying the full size. So seeing the sample size of the face wash in currently using, and more products I’ve seen but haven’t purchased yet was a very good deal. I will be back to purchase the full size since their store seems to sell skincare cheaper than where I normally go. The employee was also very nice and informative. I left very satisfied.
