I bought a monthly ad service from them and expected a decent ad in return. However, they put the wrong information on the ad and still charged us without any compensation. The lady in charge is delusional and does not know the basics of running a business. Furthermore, this lady does NOT acknowledge customer satisfaction. I would NOT recommend this newspaper for anyone looking for a print ad service.
