Star was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and gave great customer service. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend working with Star at Storage King USA.

was in the unit for about 2 years and the price went from around 150 per month to now over 200 a month with the last 2 increases in price being in the last 2 months and with out notice and when you add your credit card they automatically set you up with auto pay and then hide the option to turn it off under the "units" tab on the website and NOT the billing tab if you disable it in billing you will still get hit with the auto pay unless you disable it in the units tab they did this to me and caused an overdraft on my bank acct and whenever i tried to call i would only get some AI even during normal hours then the ai will text you to continue if you hang up

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was charge $14.00 for insurance in Ju,ne even after I showed my own. Was told King Storage only take money NEVER give monies back or credit for nothing. This was told to by South Bend on site manager. Finally told to live with it & left countless messages NEVER no call back to corporate number. Ask for District Manager number & name - Was told that information can't be given out. WOW
