As an adult learner who had not stepped foot in a pool in what felt like forever, I was definitely nervous about getting back into the water. However, my very first lesson with Sarah completely changed everything.
Sarah’s introduction to the pool and her ability to build my confidence right from the start was unbelievable. She is wonderfully patient and tailored her approach specifically for adult beginners. I was thoroughly impressed by the techniques and training tools she used to teach me, and her communication skills were exceptional—clear, encouraging, and reassuring every step of the way.
I honestly don’t believe I would have the confidence in the water that I have today if it weren't for such a fantastic instructor. I highly recommend British Swim School to any adult looking to learn or rebuild their confidence in swimming!

Started adult swim classes at British Swim School and honestly had a great experience so far. The instructors are very patient, supportive, and make beginners feel comfortable without any pressure or embarrassment.

I do recommend the school to other families. The location is a little busy and loud depends on the class time. My kids sometimes had hard time to understand the guide from teacher. But overall, he loves the classes in the earlier months when he saw himself grow and gain more swimming skills.

Coaches are really good with young kids. Very patient and encouraging. We’ve had great experience with coach Abby, coach Alex, coach Portia.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at British Swim Academy. When our child first started last year, he was very afraid of the water—even getting their face wet made them anxious. The instructors were incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging every step of the way.

Over the weeks, we saw a huge transformation. The gentle, step-by-step approach helped build their confidence little by little. Now, he not only enjoy being in the water but are actually excited for each class and now he goes twice a week! He has learned basic water safety skills and floats, jumps, splash with ease.

We’re so grateful to Neeru and her team for creating such a supportive and fun environment. Highly recommend this program for any child who needs extra reassurance in the water!
I admired all my coaches and my kids coaches. Along with my kid I also learnt advanced skills and brushed up on my old lessons. Thanks again.
