Too busy for new clients? I had Taves come out to assess a chimney/roof repair that I needed done. It took over a month to get pricing. I accepted the price but after back and forth, poor communication, and no firm schedule to complete the work I reached out to another company who quoted and completed the project within 1 week for less than half of Tave’s price unbeknownst to them. I stopped following up with Taves and they haven’t reached back out in over 3 months

I had a frustrating experience working with this company. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times on simple requests, including having their sign removed from my property months after the job was completed.

There were also aspects of the project that I wish had been communicated more clearly at the time, as it led to concerns afterward.

Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would encourage others to ask detailed questions and ensure clear communication.

I have given 2 stars as the crew were pleasant enough when I interacted with them, and the cleanup was satisfactory at ground level.

I had a leak in my roof coming into our bedroom. Another roofing company couldn’t find the problem after a 3 hour appointment. Corey F from Taves Roofing found the problem in less than an hour. He did a temporary fix to stop the leak but had to come back the next day as the leak persisted. Now we wait for better weather to do a permanent fix by replacing a roof drain that had rotted causing the leak. Corey was punctual and polite and a great trouble shooter. I would highly recommended Taves Roofing

Last week we had yet another heavy rainfall as is becoming quite a regular thing. My good friend called me up on a Tuesday night very emotional and upset that her roof had stung yet another leak. The following morning at 8am I called Taves roofing. Within less than 10 minutes, technician Tim called me back. I gave him some background information on my friend’s situation. He arranged to meet me that same day at her home at 11am for an assessment. Tim came out, checked the damage, gave a quote, then went straight to work on tarping the damaged areas. I figured he would look at it, give a quote, then return days later. I was very surprised and very grateful that he was able to complete the task immediately. After finishing the job, he offered up an amazing price below the already great quoted price. He said Taves was a family run company, and when Mr Taves heard the story of my friend’s situation, he felt compassion and wanted to help her out as best as he could. I was blown away! Not only was their response time and service impeccable, but, to reach out in a show of support to a fellow community member was over the top amazing. I would highly recommend Taves for any roofing dilemma you may be faced with. Thank you Tim and thank you to the Taves family.

After the first good rainfall I found a leak in one of my roof vents. I looked up the three top rated roofing companies in my area, but wasn’t able to get a technician on the phone until the following day. Taves was recommended from a hard working honest roofer who my mom used for years. After calling Taves I received a call back within the hour. Tim was able to make it on site an hour after our phone call. He was honest, punctual and easy to deal with. He assessed my roof, and only repaired what required it. I was very pleased with the service I received from Taves Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be using them in the future.

I first has a leak about month and a half ago. I called Taves Roofing Maple Ridge and Jason was there within half hour. He found the leak and alot more damages to the roof. He assessed it would be highly suggested to get it all changed.He temporarily fixed the leak until the full roof could get changed. I got about 4 quotes and I found his was the best choice, and the most honest upfront. I then just replaced my roof, and it took them about just under 2 days. His crew was amazing, friendly, hard working and got the job done effecient and looking good. Clean up was great, they left it how they came in spotless. I would highly recommend any Roofing Services to Taves Roofing.
