After being told that an oil change and tires could be done through the Quick Lane I pulled into the lane 3rd in line. It seemed reasonable to assume that my vehicle would be serviced in the order it entered and I told them I would wait. It took 6 hours to get my van back. I like their work but not so sure about Quick Lane service.

David is the man!! 3 total trucks I take to him fairly regularly and he never misses a beat. He’s restored a lot of confidence back in this service department for me. Definitely would recommend others to work with him. Will always take my trucks to this dealer with David.

Robert and Miguel were both fantastic with helping me navigate and resolve the warranty work that needed to be done. They made it happen and in a very professional manner. What started out as a less than desired experience with one of their tech guys was rectified rather quickly. I appreciate the commitment from these two gentlemen to rectify the situation.

My vehicle was fixed just fine which is the bottom. Check-in process was bad- no direction where to stand to wait, I stood in the middle of the action for over 10 without ever being acknowledged, while 1 person was working on a computer and on and off the phone, one woman who appeared to probably be the check-in person ignored me then helped a friend in there with a car but had a long personal conversation, and the other person was actively helping a customer but walked back and forth to the printer a few times. No one said anything until I asked- “do I just stand here and hope for someone to help me.” Terrible service. My vehicle was fixed well and I was provided a rental car which was very nice. However it took about 10 days for the vehicle to get done. When I bought a luxury vehicle (grand wagoneer) it was supposed to have concierge service. After fighting for it to come to Mesquite, that was available and was very nice for about 1.5 - 2 years but now is unavailable. I have rarely had great experiences especially warm customer service at any Stephen wade service across all the dealerships. It’s too bad there is not more competition in St. George so I could go somewhere that I don’t feel the department is put out to help me.

My service here was great. Lexi was very courteous and informative about oil change packages to save me money in the long run. My car was done in a little over an hour which is impressive being my visit was on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend going here for routine services.
