The apartments are very nice, updated and modern. The management staff has consistently been none responsive to my concerns since I moved in last July. The apartment has been infested with roaches from day one. The situation has gotten worse and after 2 months if reporting my problem, to date they have not done anything special other than regular monthly pest control. I realize that availability of an apartment for seniors with limited income is scare. If you are lucky enough to have another property to move to, I would go there and not here.

I'm sitting in my living room, wishing I could watch the sun set, but i can't. The filth on the outside of my windows, that have not been washed since I moved here 3 years ago is blocking my view.

You can't get a Car at Mercedes Benz Stadium. You cant buy insurance at Allstate Arena. You can't get the truth at Lutheran Towers!

If you want a place that will keep you busy and have a great time, lutheran towers is the place for you. I get so excited when the monthly Tower Talk is stuck in my door. I get my highlighter and my appointment calendar to see what I can attend. Then I sign up in the activity book. Slots fill up fast so you have to get to it and enjoy.

This place has turned into an old folks home not what it is intended which is an HUD/ government income based housing for seniors. . . please note there is a difference. The residents are treated as if they are subordinates. Also, the parking is horrific. They never have parking for the guest to visit their loved ones. If you talk with the staff, they act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to visit your family which is ridiculous. Overall great location, but the place has gone down over the years due to new management and upgraded staff.
