Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Let’s start with the girl at the window and her poor attitude. Had an attitude when she took our order and had an attitude at the window.
Got our order wrong, I asked for no tomatoes and they put extra tomatoes on my tacos. Got two orders of nacho chips and cheese. I got the chips but no cheese.
Ordered cheese fiesta potatoes and didn’t get them.
Had an order for a chicken chalupa and didn’t get it.
Had two orders of nacho fries and didn’t get either one.
Spent 34 dollars there and only received 14 dollars of my order.
What a joke, terrible terrible service!!!!

Placed an online order they didn’t give us chicken on the quesadilla and no fire sauce and also barely any meat in the crunch wrap supreme. Tried to call twice they hung up, just go somewhere else this is kinda gross

Eat here at 4pm on 5/30/26 and the food was hot, Correct, decent servings. No random pieaces of lettuce in my cheese only tacos that normally have in it by accident at other locations, The Lake Orion location close to my house is TERRIBLEEEEE, and we have had nothing but bad experiences everytime there. Good Job Metamora!! Excellent Chilli-Cheese Burritos!

My daughter and I are regulars. We love the Metamora location best for friendliness, service, food quality, and ambiance. We often bring homework to do and the staff is welcoming and knows us by name. I've watched them care for every customer that comes through - often waiting on filling mobile order freezy drinks until the customer arrives so their drink is fresh. They take extra care to make every customer happy.

A nice Taco Bell north of Oxford on M-24.

We stopped in on our way up north and wanted to try it since it's new. Overall it was good.

The staff were friendly, food came out quickly, and was typical taco vell faire.

Gone are the days of Taco Bell being super cheap but that's the world we live in unfortunately.

Overall worth a stop.
