It really depends on who is working. The older lady. Probs the owner. Really rude and bitch. The staff. Younger girls they are friendly and as attentative to a customer as they can be with all the noise and drama. I love it. I can deal with the manager being rude. As for the comment at the top. Staff are required to drink any shot a customer may buy for them. Pretty standard at all bars. So yeah course she was drunk. ! Anyways great place. Prices are pretty steap though water is free. If u ask for tap water. Which is standard. One of my fav places to go. Mostly for younger people early 20's. And girls not likely to get harrassed which is good :)

I was in yesterday, the bartender manager looking like she was drunk, yelling at everyone. This new awesome bartender would ask her questions and got attitude in return. She would always leave the new trainer unattended to go for smokes or probably drink up some more. On another note Drinks are way to expensive. How do you expect to bring people to your nightclub with high priced drinks? A shot was 7.00$ like come on really .... I might as well drank somewhere else. And water come on if someone ask for water you give it to them no questions asked. Cheapos.

Best place to hang in Windsor! No Smoking, Pure Alcohol and the Best Karaoke Hands down! They spent some money on this place too! First time there I fell in love with the place!
