The guys at this shop are amazing! They took the time to explain everything to me. My car was fixed within 2 hours. I will be using them for all my vehicle repairs and maintenance from now on!!

So glad I took my car here. Customer service was very professional. She keep me updated on my cars progress. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and took time to explain to me what it needed. He even took time after the work was done to show me the old parts. I definitely will be using them again. I rate them a 10 out of 10.

DRIVE IT IN. TOW IT OUT. Took an F150 in for a simple tune up. Charged $471 and I had to have it towed to the ford dealership where I was informed they had messed my engine up to the point of no repair. They may be good for a flat or an oil change but don’t be their next victim.

The Western Auto Solutions family was able to mount, balance, change oil, find an obscure part locally for our trailblazer, and do it all for an extremely reasonable price. I'm never disappointed with the service here. 10/10 would let them mount (and balance) me again. 😀

We took our truck into Western Auto Solutions the first time after an individual had worked on it and didn’t do the work properly. The people at Western Auto Solutions have been great each time we have taken it in, they have been patient with us and our truck and have been very informative as to what we need to fix on our truck. They have done a great job on our truck at a very affordable price. Definitely will keep doing business with them!
