Well, just had the 6 month visit after getting new hearing aids for my mom, Helen . N again the best of the best Doctor followup was provided by Dr. Cassandra n Gracie. Professional, patient, refreashing atmosphere and a joyful personality. I was in desperate need for hearing aids. The ones I had stopped working and small parts had started to break. Without hearing aids, I cannot hear or participate in conversation. I searched for audiologists near me and made the right choice with Hearing Services of McKinney, Dr. Cassandra Wilson, Au.D, CCC, FAA. Dr Wilson and Gracie (front office) are so kind and helpful. Gracie got me in as soon as possible. Dr Wilson, takes time needed to make sure you are fitted properly with your hearing aids, and makes sure you understand the proper way to care for them. Office lady is very friendly and efficient. Did not interact with the lady doctor but she seems very capable and honest. Left my hearing aid with them and the job was done in less than 24 hours. Service charge seems reasonable also. I was happy with the service

I was having trouble with my old hearing aids and did not know what to do. I made an appointment with Hearing Services of McKinney. I met with Cassandra and all of my problems and doubts were solved in just a few minutes. I can now hear better and know I have a reliable audiologist that is available any time she is needed.
