The building is falling apart. Every month it will be flooded by water for different reasons.
Worst sound isolation. You will always be hearing your neighbors talking or walking.
Very rude and unprofessional building manager. He is there to take your monthly rent and not to help at all.

I am living a nightmare, can't even sleep at night.
