Got right down to business with Jose when I landed on the lot and the experience just got better as we moved along. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and Jose and the finance staff took me seriously from the get-go. While the specific truck I wanted had already been sold, and I was dubious when they pitched me a higher trim level, they gave me the time and space to work through the numbers and never said "no" to anything I proposed. Since I'm a haggler, the experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I think we all profited from this: I got a better vehicle than I was expecting to buy and Future Ford staff made slightly more than I originally intended to spend but also won the admiration of a future, returning customer. Well done, guys!

I had an outstanding experience working with my service advisor, Steven Stettler. From start to finish, he provided excellent customer service, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and made sure all of my questions were answered. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to ensure the repair on my Expedition was completed properly.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. It’s rare to find someone who takes that level of pride in their work and customer care. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, the entire experience was stress-free and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with Steven if you want honest communication and exceptional service.

5 STARS: I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Samantha and Sergio from the service department working on my mustang. Both were very professional and ensured that my concerns were resolved. It is safe to say you are in good hands when either of them are involved in the repair or maintenance of your car!!!!!

Communication was consistent and timely at every step. Any time there was an issue, Sam did her best to take care of it for me. She goes above and beyond to take care of her customers and treated my car as she would her own.

Thank you Sam and Sergio for your patience and assistance on my repair!

I have had a great experience every time I shop at Future Ford. They always take care of me and my family. When I leave, I know I was treated right. Adam Shelton always gives a great deal, and James Coburn is my go-to salesman! Those guys are top-notch at Future! Definitely ask for James Coburn if you’re interested in buying a vehicle. He is honest and fair, always going above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal around.

My husband and I have always had wonderful experiences at Future Ford of Clovis! We were able to make an appointment, all the salesmen were gentlemen, the receptionist was kind, sweet and welcoming. Tony Verret, our sales rep has been with us in our purchases in the past and again he was such a blessing again on our recent purchase and in assisting us on an app for our vehicle. We definitely love working with him. Travis Hamilton was awesome and was thorough in going over our paperwork and completing the transaction. From those outside, inside, every rep in sales and automotive and the mechanics have and are awesome, wonderful know their stuff and from our family we want to say “Thank you!” Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s!
