We had a great experience at Sleep Number. Abraham was really knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision. He was also balanced in his approach, telling us about the pros and cons of each offering, and didn’t oversell. Thank you Abraham.

We had a great experience at the Westport store. Abraham was very personable and knowledgeable about all the beds’ features. He’s excellent at sales without any pressure tactics. He returned our phone calls promptly and was patient while we figured out the bed that would be best for us. He really tells it like it is. We now have bought 2 Sleep Number beds from him. One for my daughter and one for us which will be delivered soon.

Russ was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He completely explained the difference between all the different beds and the Technology behind them. I think we found the absolutely perfect bed for both my husband and I and we are thrilled. Can’t wait for it to arrive . I highly recommend this business and this location.
