Not happy with my experience. I needed a banner made for youth baseball. I went in the shop Monday morning to get it ordered. The man I spoke with told me I would have a quote by end of day. I asked turn around time because I needed it by Friday. He stated it would be done Thursday or Friday. Perfect! I did not receive the quote end of day. I get it, people get busy. I waiting until Wednesday afternoon and decided to call. A woman answered, I explained the situation and she said whoever I was dealing with was on the phone and she would leave a message for him to call. I never received the call. I then sent an email to follow up on the quote. I got sent the quote after hours and couldn’t call to get deposit paid for because they were closed when in the email they stated I can call to get it started l. I then called today (Thursday) and they were closed for training. So now it’s the day before I need it and I’m stuck with no banner. Unprofessional and I’m not happy. Only reason I chose this place was because my father in law use to work there but unfortunately I did not get the great service I was expecting.

Took a child’s poster to be laminated; had used them before and they did well. This time they damaged the poster (didn’t say anything to me about it) and curled it up before giving it back to me. Messed up child’s school project. Gave more than 1 star only because staff was friendly and had a good previous experience.

Nothing but great things to say about the people that work at Minuteman! I started a meal prep business back in the summer and before finding this company I was ordering labels from Canva for my meals. Later on I found Minuteman on Google and from the first conversation asking for help they have been nothing but wonderful! From my labels, to business cards, even the new vinyl sticker I got today! They’re phenomenal for production, communication, and just a friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you need anything for your business!

I wanted a bag with a printed image and I called this place looking for a bag printed with an image and although they could've done it, it would've took too long to be delivered. The lady I spoke to suggested a printed sticker. I wasn't sure at first how that would turn out. I trusted it and it only took them 3 days to get my order completed! When I went to pick it up they showed me my product before I paid to make sure I was satisfied. I brought in my bags with me to make sure they fit and they needed to cut it a little more to fit perfectly and that was no problem. The lady helped me place one on the bag to make sure they fit and gave me tips on how to put it on correctly and I was highly satisfied. I highly recommend them for printing! Good high quality prints.

Another huge shout out to print pro for making my dreams a reality. Specifically Angela Retske and her team that helped decal my truck. I knew it was going to look good but the end result far surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much for everything!
