I’ve used this company twice now and had a great experience both times.

The first time was for a leaking bathtub faucet. Since the parts were very old and replacement parts were not available, Jeff came up with a creative solution instead of recommending an expensive repair. It saved me a lot of money.

The second time was for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Jeff responded quickly, worked efficiently, and fixed the issue smoothly.

He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very professional. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend Jeff.

From the first contact with the phone staff the experience was thoughtful and I felt important! The service was prompt and Jeff was a delight to engage with. He was quick to find and fix the problem as well as offer other fixes which could cause further problems down the road. He wasn't upselling, he was offering as he was already there and it was completely my choice. Awesome work and awesome personality. I was pleased with the costs for his time and service as well. Thanks again to the woman who called me back even tho I never left a message and Jeff for being Jeff

Jeff was punctual, clean and friendly when he fixed my hot water problem in the shower and replaced my toilet. I am thrilled to have functioning bathroom again and will use Vernon Air Conditioning and Plumbing again should further problems arise. I also appreciate that I had an appointment immediately and was not upsold

Looking at this faucet, who’d think a partially working cartridge inside it could create such havoc in a house?
Bought the house 3 yrs ago with a funky, mostly working shower valve in one bathroom. Turns out that 2 of these cartridges (each one a control of the 2 separate showers in the house) plus the check valve on the water line had the hot water so wonky. Good thing we had Brandon to figure things out.
My only complaint is, why didn’t we have Brandon come to help us earlier.
Huge thanks for the excellent service, Vernon Air Conditioning !!!
Now we have hot water every where, whenever we need it.

Thank you to Brian and his team for their good prices and great service.
Brian’s estimates were precise, no hidden costs. Their honesty saved me almost $900 because once my old furnace was removed the furnace tech Jimmy said my air conditioner coil didn’t need to be replaced. All of the service men did great work. Jeff, Andrew, Harm and Jimmy were friendly and very efficient.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. So happy with there work.
