I went into Showcase in West Edmonton Mall, I love this store, love the cool neat products always on the shelf. However there are clearly some management problems. While in this store I as a customer learned that the Managers daughter in law is the assistant manager and that the managers son is up on charges due to children, he can't see his own kids, and then the bickering between the manager and assistant manager was appalling to say the least. I actually had to ask, are you the manager?? And cheerfully she says yes and this is the assistant manager! Wow

Christine took extensive time to assist and instruct me concerning a personal product for a purchase made 1.5 years ago. As the assistant manager her expert advice and no rush attitude was appreciated. Other visits and employees during the few visits to this store have been helpful as well, unlike the service provided at the Victoria Park/Eglinton Avenue Store in Toronto where I would normally shop being a resident of Toronto, visiting with my daughter in Alberta.

The last time I went to Showcase in WEM I had the nicest lady help me. She was very informed on the products and she was so eager to help me. I actually bought an AB Circle from her and it was such a great purchase. I will definitely go back regularly.
