I had a leak coming from my shower and there was a water mark on my roof in the Kitchen. I was really worried but Kris and Shaq (alias - Speedy) came to my home analyze the leak issue, found out that I had a damaged cartridge, and repaired it in less than two hours. These guys were amazing and very professional. I would hire Harper's Plumbing at a drop of a dime.

I reached out to them on a Sunday, they responded back to me, and were at my home within a couple of days. I am so impressed with the service I received. A+ all the way and they cleaned up after completing the job. You're both excellent!!! Shaq, I named you Speedy because you're quick on your feet and also efficient. Thanks Kris and Shaq (Speedy) - grrat job!!!

Reece was professional, courteous, efficient and honest. He explained the entire process from start to finish and even asked me to vet his work before charging a very reasonable payment amount and leaving. His wife Morgan, was concise, helpful and empathetic on the phone when I first reached out. Overall, a very good experience!

We had an outstanding experience today. He took the time necessary to thoroughly diagnose and address our slow drains, explaining everything clearly and even showing us the camera footage so we understood exactly what was going on. He was professional, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and I was especially impressed by the patience and respect he showed his helper throughout the job. Highly recommend!

We had a new water heater and softener installed. From our initial consultation with the owner to the installation done today the process was smooth and efficiently handled. Everyone we dealt with were the epitome of courteousness and friendliness. They were also able to answer any questions we had along the way and took the time to understand our individual situation so they could advise us as to what would work best for us. We will go to them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The gas piping installation was completed with exceptional professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and left the work area spotless when they were finished.

Their workmanship is outstanding, and it's clear they take great pride in doing the job right and ensuring everything is safe and up to code. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions.

It's refreshing to find contractors who are this reliable and committed to quality. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for skilled, trustworthy gas fitters. Five stars all the way!

The service was very professional, clean and fairly priced. We had 2 outdoor hose bibs replaced. I called Harper's plumbing about it and Reece was able to describe the issue and what needed to be done very clearly and accurately. He mentioned having to put in an access panel since our ceiling would be cut, which I thought was great since they wouldn't leave a hole in the ceiling. Scheduling the job was quick and easy.

Matt was very experienced and did the job quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Harper's plumbing!

I absolutely will be recommending Harper's going forward. They're very professional, knowledgeable, and don't try and nickle and dime their customers. We had a wonderful experience with them today.

My Mom's hot water tank needed to be replaced and they were able do it quickly after the first inspection was done. They fixed one of the ducts and added new piping to the tank. They also fixed her laundry hoses, as well as an issue with the shower taps while they were there.

Lastly, and probably our favorite part, the pickles! As a family who loves their pickles, this was such a welcome (and delicious) touch.

Fantastic work from these guys. We will definitely be using them from now on!

Harper’s Plumbing was amazing! They were very good about working around our schedule and did everything they said and more! Kris was very personable and even pointed out a leak we had in our shower and fixed it for us with no added charge. The pickles were a great a surprise! I would recommend Harper’s to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I called in the evening about a gas valve that needed to be properly capped and sealed after another gas specialist had not completed the job correctly. They were incredibly responsive and showed up first thing the next morning.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly took pride in his work. He quickly assessed the situation, properly capped and sealed the gas valve, and had everything fixed within minutes. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, which gave me confidence that the job was being done safely and correctly.

As a bonus, he handed me what I believe is the best marketing idea I’ve ever seen - a jar of sweet bread and butter pickles with the company information on the lid instead of a traditional business card! It was creative, memorable, and definitely made me smile.

Excellent service, prompt response, and great customer care. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I paid $200 which was absolutely fair. Their prices are published on their website so it was not a surprise.

Matt from Harper’s Plumbing was great to work with. He came to replace a faucet, but once he got into the job, it turned out the valves also needed replacing and the sink needed to be properly secured. I really appreciated that he took the time to do everything properly rather than just a quick fix. He was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on throughout the process. He was also very patient with my barky dog and just generally easy to have in the house. Pricing felt fair for the work done, and I’d definitely recommend him :).

I can’t recommend Hamish from Harper’s Plumbing enough! He first came to my home a few weeks ago to install a water line to my fridge. It definitely wasn’t the easiest job, but Hamish took the time to figure out the best way to do it properly and made it look easy.
By coincidence, Hamish ended up coming back again to install three new toilets for us, including one with a bidet attachment. Once again, he was fantastic; kind, professional, and incredibly efficient. He worked quickly, did excellent work, and left everything spotless when he was done.
It’s such a relief to find a plumber who is not only skilled but also respectful of your home. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Harper’s Plumbing again and would absolutely recommend Hamish to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing work.
