Ordered 1 gal. plants. They arrived as seedlings with a 2"x4" root mass. Richard claimed they cut the root mass to save on shipping... failed to mention that when I called. Truthfully they look like they were seedlings from a cell pack. They bank on you not willing to return the product because you have to get it through customs so they don't care.
