Needed quick service on our garage door that wouldn't close. Technician arrived first thing Saturday morning as promised. He was very thorough and immediately diagnosed our issue. Less than an hour later the problem was solved and the garage door was working again.
Highly recommend OGD!!

ZERO stars.

I absolutely would not recommend this dumpster fire of a company, at least in west Texas.

They set up their company so that garage techs have no training, no tools, no support if they need help, they give you a hard time on the phone if you want to talk to a manager.

Then, after you spend $4k on a nice door, it gets put on with 2 dents in the panels, they tell you management probably will not replace the door - sorry - the door falls off of the tracks, and I am currently going on my 6th...... SIXTH!!!!! tech because 2 were incompetent / not trained properly (not their fault), and 3 because "they are no longer with the company" and they had to reschedule, again, and again. Forgetting to put all the bolts in, no insulation, and on and on.

There is no way I would EVER recommend this black hole of a company, that is the equivalent to a home owner living in a different city renting his house out to make some extra cash, to anyone EVER. Management doesn't give a crap about their contracted techs nor customers, nor quality work done.

Prices were a bit higher when the technician showed up, compared to what the sales person told me on the phone call... was asked for a 50% down payment before the work began, payed the rest when it was finished. There were some mix ups with some of the parts but it all got work out, and the installer did a fine job with the installation. Time will tell on liftmaster durability and warranty.

I had a great experience with the overhead garage door service. They responded quickly to my call and showed up on time, which I really appreciated. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair.

OGD came to my house after my (builder installed) garage door just started randomly breaking and failing 6 years after my house was built. The technician found every issue with my garage door and fixed/replaced everything that was needed to get it running in perfect condition again for a few hundred dollars. 1 year warranty on all their work and parts. Well worth it, because we keep 2 cars in the garage and open it to leave and return daily. Highly recommended. Will call them again if I have another issue. They were recommended to me by Billy Black HVAC who installed the HVAC system on my new build and Billy Black is the best so I trust them.
