I have had a 50+ mental lady in this care home since Dec. 24,,2013. I have had many many problems with this home.the personal care is very poor and the aides do not help her with dressing, BM issues. They are consistently loosing her clothes or she ends up with someone else's clothes and they seem to think this is fine.. I have asked twice to
have her ears cleaned nothing happens.
When a part time nurse comes on the floor as head nurse they say that nothing is written in her chart re:weekly outings, special instructions for medications.
