Issues related to high staff turnover and poor staff moral. The staff seem afraid of their superiors. They treat the residents like cattle. Poor communication about the residents from day to day. Phoning for an update on a resident is useless!

Putting your loved ones in this place is like leading your lamb to slaughter. The mentality of the people working here is that OLD people have no voice so ignor them and hope they die real soon!
