Bought a new Gravely zero turn mower cut grass twice and belt snapped. Took mower back and had for a month was told it had a loose bolt on tensioner and caused belt to snap. Got mower back and cut grass for 30 minutes and belt popped off. Put the belt back on and finished cutting with no issues. The next time I cute grass the belt snapped again about halfway through the cut. Called them and had them come and get mower again to be fixed. After 2 weeks I get a call and said my mower was ready for pickup and it was a bill for $225.00. The mower has less than 20 hours and has snapped 2 belts. Guy told me it was because I hadn’t blown off the deck and debris was in the pulleys and that caused the belt to snap!!! I do not recommend that anyone buy anything from them because they do not stand buy their products!!!

The purchase was a good price, so glad I went with the commercial mower, it’s very durable and I hope to have it many years. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They care about customer service. They helped me fix equipment when no one else wanted to.
They were very knowledgeable on the sales side too and got me what I needed quickly.

Bought a new cub cadet zero turn mower from them this past weekend they took the time to show us the differences between models and brands. Helped us make an informed decision on what met our wants and needs. Friendly and helpful staff. They even set up and delivered it for us. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my riding lawn mower, which I did purchased from them some years back. Staff was extremely helpful, and the lawn motor was fixed in half the time they thought it would be.

This was not the first time i've had an excellent experience with this company. I needed a screw for a weed eater that nobody else could come up with. Even though it was not a brand they sell, the gentleman took a lot of time to find the right one and had it in stock to boot. Other places didn't even make the effort to try. Should have known to stop there first!!

Definitely recommend getting your service done here along with purchasing new lawn equipment and parts!!
