My mother has been at Beacon Hill Villa for a while, but I have put her on a waiting list to go somewhere else. She says the food is terrible (and it does look very institutional), and she often has problems with the staff being very impatient and rushed. They are probably overworked and understaffed, but still . . . wish I could afford to pay for private care.
