Our experience with Bounce House Heroes was amazing—10/10! They had great communication throughout the entire process, keeping us updated on both drop-off and pick-up times. The team was friendly, professional, and so easy to work with.

The bounce house/water slide combo was a huge hit with the kids and made the party even more fun! I would absolutely recommend Bounce House Heroes to anyone looking to rent for a party or event. We’ll definitely be using them again for our future party needs. Thank you so much for helping make our sons birthday party a success!

From beginning to end this was a fantastic experience. Communication throughout the process was just right, everything was explained, and the whole process was reasonable and based in common sense. Adjustments were made to our schedule to suit both our needs, and to allow for the business to accommodate their deliveries to satisfy all. The set up team was fast and professional, arriving on time and clearly explaining the use of the water slide. We could simply not be happier about our experience and the fun it added to our grandchildrens party. I would not only recommend this business for your event, but know we will be seeing them again at our future events.

Rented the giant water slide to entertain the kids at high school grad party. To our surprise the slide wasn’t just a hit with the little ones, kids of all ages could enjoy the slide as well as adults! It was the life & entertainment of the party. Highly recommend this company and already making plans to use them for future parties. They set up & tear down quickly and were on time. Guests were so impressed, they also requested info of this company.

We had an awesome experience with Bounce House Heroes renting a waterslide for our event. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great, delivery was on time, and the setup was quick and professional. The waterslide itself was extremely clean, in great condition, and honestly the highlight of the day for both the kids and adults.

What really stood out was how easy and stress free they made everything. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about providing a great experience. You can tell they take pride in their business.

We will definitely be using them again for future parties and events and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality inflatables and reliable service. 5 stars all the way!
