I paid with a card, that apparently wasn’t accepted. However, I did receive my keys and an invoice. After speaking with a rep from the New Haven location and reviewing my invoice. It still shows a balance due. I will be reaching out to the store directly in an attempt to resolve this matter.

Amy at McMahon's Best-One Tire & Auto Care is always courteous, professional, and supportive. Quality repair services at fair prices. They've been my only mechanic for years.

We had our tires aligned at McMahon’s on April 22, 2026. Initially, we had a pleasant experience. However, when we had new tires installed at Belle Tire on July 3, 2026, we were informed that the alignment was already off and needed to be redone.

Since it had only been a little over two months, I called McMahon’s to ask whether their alignments were guaranteed for any period of time. I was told they are not and that I would need to pay again for another alignment.

In contrast, Belle Tire guarantees their alignments for 90 days. Based on my experience, I recommend getting your alignment done at Belle Tire if having a warranty on the service is important to you.

Cory was great! I needed new tires and an alignment on my Model Y, Cory took the time to understand my driving needs and recommended the best option for my car that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. If you’re looking for new tires give him a call!
