Negative stars. Their client (who carried A-Max insurance) rear ended me at a red light. Suddenly I’m in Kemper purgatory or should I say hell.

Her car had zero damage, mine on the other hand did and I’ve been paying for a rental out of pocket for a month.

Everything they do is generated by AI. They play games. Lie to you. Send change requests to your shop to shave off hours for labor that should not be cut.

It’s a complete scam. Jesse was handling my claim and then they switch adjusters on you without telling you.

Jesse Hernandez, Andrew Kusske, Bernie you guys are ridiculous.

I hope anyone reading this never has to deal with this fraudulent company. If I don’t receive every last cent of my rental car reimbursement I’m taking yall to small claims court.

The absolute worst insurance company! Their client hit my car and I have been going through hell for 2 months now with an active claim! My adjuster, Roszena Campbell is apparently the busiest person on earth! I have emailed her and left voicemails over the past 2 weeks but no response from her! And when I call to speak to her supervisor, no answer from them either. My car is finally repaired but I now need reimbursement for the rental car I had to have for 2 weeks. She told me all I needed to do was email her the invoice from enterprise and it should only take 5 days to receive a payment. I just want to be reimbursed and be done with this poor customer service company!

Update: It has now been 4 weeks since I submitted the invoice from Enterprise for my reimbursement. I have been calling my adjuster Roszena Campbell and leaving a voicemail but still no response! I have asked to speak to her supervisor. Still no response! I am constantly being told that my call is being escalated but again, no one has contacted me! I have been calling at least one or two days out of the week! I really feel like I was lied to about the reimbursement! Now I’m stuck with $500 on my credit card! Please avoid this insurance company at all cost!

The claim adjuster or written by Kody Franklin never came out to review my car. But he said a new 2024 Garage kept car was in good condition. My car was in excellent condition before it was hit by there insurer. The interior in Black, my interior is not black. The odometer is 12,500. That's is incorrect. The adjuster is never in her office. I would like to know where or what company charge $50.00 for labor?
Kemper needs to do their job and answer their phone! I guess it's time to get a lawyer!

This company is a complete and total scam. Their client wrecked my vehicle in a multi-car collision and over 122 days later my car is still not fixed and I will have to pay over $6,000 dollars out-of-pocket in repairs to my car because insurance refuses to pay. Kemper also will not provide me with a rental car.

When the accident first happens, the agents will butter you up by saying that they'll take care of everything and insurance will pay to get you to lower your guard, but as time goes on they'll start ignoring your calls/emails and won't pay for repairs.

The agents, Crystal Gonzales and Christopher Gustafson, are so difficult to work with. They won't answer calls, emails, or texts. Even when you contact their supervisor, Jennie Shepherd, they still won't respond. It takes over a week to get a hold of someone at Kemper. It's a professional scam company masquerading as insurance agents.

They purposefully ignore all calls/texts/emails so that the party whose faced a loss by one of their clients gives up. Kemper also purposefully walks out on hundreds of dollars worth of repair bills at bodyshops leaving the vehicle owner to foot the bill.

If you ever get hit by someone using this insurance company just know that you will never receive compensation for your damaged property and will have to pay so many out-pocket-fees to repair your car and get a rental while its in the shop. Kemper will gaslight you into believing that there is no damage to your car when in reality that is completely not true.

This company should not be allowed to exist. They're just professional scammers and liars. Horrible people with no understanding between right and wrong and non-existent communication skills. They're truly shameless.

I know many other people have had similar experiences with this awful, scam of a company.

This is the worse insurance ever. Do not use this insurance, all their staffs are incompetent especially the claim adjuster, she will never pick the calls or call back when you leave a message. They only collect your money but when you have a claim they won’t be there to help. I repeat do not use, hence you will regret it. I was begging the adjuster to get me a rental. And when she did she got me only for 4 days while my car is a total lost. Worst experience ever and I waited more than a month to get a check for my car, other insurance make the payment instantly directly to your account but this crazy insurance send you a check.
