Some staff rude, does not keep family informed of changes, care level low, checked other places and there was a 2 to 5 year waiting list, yet twice there was immediate occupancy. Does not try to rehabilitate in any way. However, they seem to pass out a lot of pills to keep the residents lethargic. Every time I call no matter what time of day it is, I am told she is in bed.
When we go to visit, she is yet again in bed. We would NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone.
